The way they are letting Muslims overrun the continent it makes you wonder if they have any mind at all.

(thud) "what the hell, **** it all" (goes and gets wrenches to reset the decapper). Been there, done that. Steel case with a crimped primer that was close to the same color as dirty brass. Also a flash hole that was way to the side of the primer pocket on some no name range pickup. Never had a berdan primed case though. Backwards people...

All ammo made in Europe are Berdan primed unless it is special made with Boxer Primers for Export to the U.S.A. or maybe English colonies. I have found military 30-06 aka 7.62X64, 308 Win. aka 7.62X51 and 223 Rem aka 5.56 NATO loaded in Europe with Berdan Primers. Bent several decapping pins. OH %%&&&. The Berdan primers have the anvil actually formed in the case in the bottom of the primer pocket. The anvil is not part of the primer like Boxer Primers, Berdan primer flash holes are actually 2 or 3 smaller holes around the outer edge of the primer pocket, Boxer is one large center hole us Yanks are use to. A real primer pin wrecker if not found before it gets in the press to decap. Cases with a circle with an X in it, looks like a scope recticule on the shell base means it meets NATO requirements for approved ammo. I have used a flash light to check cases picked up on the range if they have odd base markings.
