I used to do completion work on oil and gas wells. I always laughed when the perforating gun order would be: "6 meter, 5inch gun, with 36 gram charges"

If you have an old enough vehicle you can have a dashboard with MPH and absolutely no Km/h markings.
I always laugh how bent people get about measurement systems. All measurement systems are all made up with some standard as the perfect unit.

My wife called me in panic she was doing over 100 and she was petrified! I asked her to push a button on wheel and it returned to mph! Somehow she switched to kmh and didn't realize it....
