90-day jail time starts today

As you already know I did this yesterday, actually. Did the Silencer Shop 'kiosk thing'..had the dealer (Midwestgunco Louisville, Ky) go ahead and order the Yankee Hill Machine Resonator R2 from Silencer Shop and I also went ahead and paid for the tax stamp through Silencer Shop as well. Dealer said he would receive the can next week and that he would call me upon receipt to finalize the ATF forms over the phone prior to eFiling them. The whole initial process was frighteningly smooth using Silencer Shop for everything. We shall see…🤓

I currently have a can in jail going on 9 months. SilencerShop certainly seems to be bragging about the e-forms and 90 day turn around. Has anyone personally seen such reduced times?

No one can satisfy everybody. The 90-day was from my dealer, not SS or ATF. My dealer told me to expect a year's wait on my first suppressor but got it in <120 days. I prepared myself to wait a year or so, but "IF" I get it in 90-days, great. If not, it is not a showstopper for me. I know going in that the wait time can be extensive, and the longer I wait to place an order, the longer the wait. At this time, patience is the name of the game. I hope you and others get your long-awaited suppressors.

Still don't understand how some people get a quick turn. Zero reason for it. I am at 11 months now.
 
The 90 days is a pipe dream until we start actually seeing approvals from this new e-form process. A dream that we all share!

It seems like the ATF is constantly moving the target these days, especially with the current issues with Form 1's being blanket denied as they are changing the definition of "suppressor" and the parts used to build them.
 
Well, my 90 day jail time started today! Let the "games" begin! 😂🤣
