What powder for your 6mm Creedmoor

.243 isn't too far away from the creed (I think the .243 is actually a tad bigger case capacity) - I haven't loaded for my 243 in a while but I recall it's fond of 4350 and 4831 (both imr and hodgdon versions), rl 19 and Rl22, and actually the hodgdon/hornady superformance powder for high velocity (though the es/sd kinda sucks with that powder, imr4350 for the win regarding tight spreads). But the superformance was cranking the 100 speer btsp close to 3200 from my rickety old savage 99. Scared me a tad, but there were no signs of any pressure issue, and it's a rear locking lever action so those manifest pretty fast compared to a bolt gun that just rips it out of there haha.

I have used H1000 - about 44.4gr behind a 115 DTAC, gives me 2930 fps, out of a 26" barrel. Have not tested it out to 1000 yards, but works well at 500.

Lot of data out on the 6 creed and those weight of bullets. Precision rifle blog has a big article on loading for it. By far the most popular powder in PRS is H4350. I'm running 109's at 3,027 with it.

I just got my 26 inch Proof SS Prefit screwed onto one of my tikka actions. Just getting it broken in softly, 41.7 RL23 for 2930 fps with 112 Barnes Match Burners. BTW they're great bullets for the money.

We are shooting Bergara b14 26" 1:8 loaded with 43.6 gr 6.5 staball with 108 eld seated 2.75" OAL. we are getting 3100. The Berger's needed a little more seating depth to get the accuracy we were looking for. Getting .25" spread at 100 yards. We have to be careful with our powder choices here in West Texas because of the temperature extremes. A lot of powders just won't work for us.

I use 40.5 of H4350 under a 107 nosler cc. There is room for another 100+ FPS if I wanted to push it, but I'm getting 3050 out of a 25" barrel with exceptional accuracy.

Im looking in the direction of getting a 6mm Creedmoor and just wanted to know what powder you guys are using for your accuracy loads. I will be shooting either the 108 Bergers, 108 ELD, or the 103 ELD-X
I use H4350. 40.2gr in a 25.5" 1-7.5T Brux getting 2930fps with 112gr MB, lapua brass, cci 450. I tested up to 40.4 with no signs of pressure. I just ordered StaBall that I want to test but you can't go wrong with H4350.

I've got a 243 that I run the 95gr bergers in with H4831sc, seems to really like it 3050fps, should be able to get around there with a 6cm and the 108's
