338 builds (lapua/edge/or the like) lets see them.

No ready pic of the rifle...but I shoot a 338 Edge 30", 14lbs field weight without the bipod. Heathen brake. Re33 and 285gr ELD-X accuracy is beyond my expectations, took third in a 2000 yard match against much more expensive guns than my home built Remage mutt.

Did some stock switching this weekend . I had the thumbhole just setting , I thought I would try it out again. I forgot to get a finished picture. I will tonight .

I hear you on being busy! I've had it over a month and not much time to shoot. I've ran it out to 1298 yards and it's been spot on. Had a first round hit on a .5 moa rock at 1255 yards last weekend.

There sure are some awesome looking builds in this thread! I'm thinking about doing a 33 nosler just because I dont like belts and want something lighter and hoping for not needing a muzzle brake. It would also be the perfect size for my sako 85. And it might be nice to have a factory round again.

Never owned a 338 and I have only seen a few in action, all on here are sounding good, but no ballistics in comparison to each other, or how far each can shoot well ! I know the guys that have the 338 - 378's and they have kills over 2000 yards, even on elk, but that is probably over doing it with the elk ! Any of these 338's It appears are good if they are put together well ! Again I do not know how the 338-378 compares to the others listed on here, but it sounds like all are shooters, probably not enough to argue about !
