I ended up picking up an NXS 5.5-22x56 NP-R1 with the HS turrets for $1200, so that's going to hold me over while I keep looking. I don't hate it, but I like my Mk 4 M5 better. The NXS is like a brick!

I would say that is a nice score for $1200. When you finally do find what you are looking for, I would expect that you won't have any problems trading or selling it outright and that you will have little difficulty getting your money back out of it, if that is in the plan.
