Zeiss V6 5-30x50 vs Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x50?

I was hope someone has had experience behind the zeiss conquest V6 and Nightforce NXS. I am thinking really hard about getting one of these scopes.

I have only used Leupold vx3 scopes in 4.5-14, 6-20, and 8.5-25. I have a Vortex AMG-4 that I haven't used or mounted yet for my 338ax, and I am needing a scope for my 300prc.
