I sat this scope in some rings on a Sako 85 and tested for ejection clearance. Rings were not tightened, rifle was not fired, and there are no marks. The ejection angle on the Sako 85 was too steep to allow the use of this scope (at an acceptable mounting height). The ejected brass left a small mark on the underside of the scope that can be seen in the photos.
