I'm the original owner, purchased late last year for a hunt. Have box and paperwork. This had been on 2 hunts and 2 range trips. The scopecoat has been on the entire time in the field except when taken off to pull the trigger on an animal.

It's gold sharpie/marker, visual check that a screw hadn't worked loose during a hunt or anything
