Zeiss 4-16x44 Conquest Illuminated, external elevation

I've had several Zeiss scopes and have always held them in high regard. Have a limited budget so will probably buy used.

Anyone out there have such an animal? Like it or not? Any comments would be helpful.

Reticle is a "duplex" with a red dot. Not sure if the red dot has a brightness adjustment, shake awake, auto shut off, etc.

I have 4 of these scopes and they are now my favorite. Good glass, track reliably and RTZ every time. The illumination has brightness settings, but no shake-awake or auto-off. It is controlled by a rotating knob with an off setting in between each brightness setting.

Finally pulled the wallet out and bought one from Redhawk Rifles. It's a "demo". It's in perfect condition with nary a mark on it. Great buy.

I have bought 3 v4's and one v6 from red hawk. Good people to deal with and so far all scopes have worked like they should. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more from them.
