Are they any good? Are they better then the ones they used to put on there rifles? How hard are they to adjust?

I think they are better than the earlier models except for the very old ones (Pre 60).

the best one Remington ever had was the 40x trigger, It was fully adjustable and could be set still in the rifle.

For the years they were using the "Lawyer" triggers and we just replaced them.

The x mark triggers are adjustable to a point but normally wont go below 3 pounds.

If you are looking to get your trigger down to 2 pounds or lower, save some time and trouble
and buy an after market trigger.

There are lots of good triggers that are reasonable and will adjust well within 2 or 3 pounds.

If you want to go with 1 or less pounds,go with a Jewell, it has an extra link inside that makes it safe at the these weights.

Probably more than you wanted to know but I thought it might help.
