I know this is the wrong thread section, but I wanted to maximize exposure. Big Horn County Search & Rescue has another commissioners hunting license up for raffle. This is for the 2020 season and winner gets to choose from any Elk, Deer or Antelope yah they want. As a nonresident you would be able to choose tags that are open to residents only which is a very rare opportunity. I'm happy to give info to the winner to help them choose a tag if they want. Only 400 tickets will be sold.

So.. I think I can answer my own question. This isn't an auction with a sealed bid that goes to highest bidder. For this, a person buys as many raffle tickets as he chooses, then they draw a ticket. Sorry for the dumb question. I was thinking wrong
