I have a like new 6x45 upper for sale or trade. The upper was built by Patriot Valley Arms. The barrel is a match take off barrel from a .243 bolt gun with 120 rounds fired. It was then turned down to reduce weight and set up for an AR. Barrel length is 18" with a rifle length gas system, Stag low profile gas block. I just sent it back to have 5/8x24 threads cut so that it will run on my .30 can. It is not stainless and will need repainting. I use high heat spray on paints and get very good results. The FF tube is a UTG Super Slim and I really like it a lot. Upper has M4 cuts as does the barrel extension. This upper is unfired but I have chambered rounds while reloading which accounts for the brass marks on the bolt face and a little rub wear on the bolt carrier. The FF tube is T marked, the upper is not.
There is a mark on the float tube where I bumped it against my work bench but it is cosmetic only and pictured.
I have the upper, complete BCG, choice of charging handle a Redding bushing type die with 3 bushing for 6mm (.267, .268, .269)
Price is $400 for upper only. Add $90 for the BDB and USGI charging hangle. Add $135 for BCG and BCM charging hangle. Add $45 for the die and bushings.
I'm interested in a 20" A2 upper in 5.56/.223. Prefer a USGI with chrome lined barrel 1/7 twist but will consider all. Also 20" A4 upper with front sight tower, carry handle or suitable BUIS.
