Chambered by Howard Wolfe with a 0.313 neck. Kelby base. See photo. The front screw of the back two on the base has a tip broken off in it. Needs to be removed unless you leave the base on the gun. Last fired September 15, 2009 with 24x Leupold. Shot 7 shots within an inch at 100 yards. See photo. $1,000 to your FFL in the lower 48. You pay shipping.
