Is this a military Mauser action?

I'm not sure. If someone knows how to tell, please chime in. It was built for my dad by a local gunsmith who is now dead. Sorry I don't have more info.

Yes, it's military. Thumb cutout in the left receiver web for pushing down the military stripper clips is the give away. Happy shooting. Chuck
