How fast? 1:9 or 1:7?

Target/Varmint action or a regular model 12?

I'd prefer a varmint 1:7 but will look at all. I'm looking for a LR set up for 77+gr pills. If somebody has a 1:9 that has proven to shoot the heavies I may be interested in it as well.
