Make your own. You'll need a case fired in your chamber, 5/16-36 Tap, 9/32 drill, drill press, and a little cutting fluid. The tap and tap drill combo should cost less than $20 and be available at your local machine tool supply house.

You can order one directly from the Hornady website for ~$10. I ordered last Thursday and it shipped today.

I got tired of everyone having them on back order so I hooked up with a friend that has the proper drill bit and tap and made my own. They work just fine. I even ran across a guy on e-bay that is selling the drill bit and tap as a kit to make them.
