SOLD/EXPIRED WTB 300WM benchrest heavy barrel rifle

Hi all: Just wondering if anyone out there might have a 300wm rifle which would come close to what I desire. What I'm looking for would be an fclass stock, good true action, trigger, 20moa rail, bull or heavy taper barrel 30" 1:10 twist, I prefer to shoot 190g---210g, ( I don't know how to play the flute so fluting isn't necessary ). Scope isn't necessary, something which still has some life left or one which might need to be re barreled. I guess you could say the basic starter kit, something not too expensive, barring the need for improvements (ie part's) as compared to building a new rifle. I would appreciate any input.
