who does custom reticle

i am wondering who i can send my brothers scope to and have them change the crosshairs so he can have hold over dots installed on it. dont want to use a boone and crocket retical looking for a crosshair built for his load.he is only going to be shooting this scope to 600 through his 300 ultra.

Leupold does do some custom reticles you have to ask them.
