I take it you have worked with this cartridge then? I'm very intrigued! Care to share what performance was realized and how long a barrel lasts at a given level of accuracy?

Go with a 9 twist, I know guys who have bullets come apart after about 300 rounds on the throat.

Good to know. Other bullet option is the 48gr hammer they state 1/8 twist to stabilize. That's why I was leaning that direction. Guess I need to make a bullet decision. Preferred does offer an 8.5 twist precambered tikka barrel which saves gunsmith costs.
