what stock is this?

I was at the gun range Sat. This guy there I talked with had a REM 700 with a 30 inch bull. He told me all the info but I lost it.

The rifle had a free floating aluminum hand guard like on an AR. It was threaded into some sort of shroud perminately atached to the reciever. It also had a composite pistole grip that looked AR-ish. The but stock was like that of a tactical AR with adjustments for pull length and comb hight. It had a tapered mil spec scope rail.
This rifle looked like a bolt action 50 cal. He said that all of the parts were found on line.

Any body seen this stuff before?
