What Bases

I'm building up a new gun 700 Rmington Action in 300 Win Mag. I'm looking at a Lepould 4.5 - 14 scope and want to shoot out 1000yds with it what bases and rings should I be looking at?

On my 700 I'm going with EGW 20 MOA base and Burris Signature rings, they have the plastic inserts that have different offsets for better scope alignment, if needed.
