Want to build sniper central Remington 700

Has anyone heard of going this route? Not a gun smith nor do I know anyone who can do work on a firearm that I would trust. Wanted rem 700 action but was thinking about benchmark 5r barrel swap or should I keep the Remington barrel? Timney trigger with McMillan stock. Would this be the way to go? Price would end up being around 2800 with a bushel elite installed.

Have you called Mel at sniper central? I don't know of anyone personaly going this route. Thought about it myself couple years ago but not sure if it be viable idea once you get everything on it still cost $$. And action not trued or printed
