Vortex Viper vs Burris Tac30

I am looking at these to scopes for my 300win mag for shots out to 1500yds and i need some help deciding...Leupold is out of my price range(just getting that out of the way) the vortex has more adjustment the burris is lighter. What to you guys think?? Open to other scopes just trying to keep it at/under $650

I have tested the Burris Tac scope and was not very impressed with it. I have not tested the PST yet but from what I have seen I like them.
