Visiting Utah

Hello friends, going to be visiting family Salt Lake in the Eagle Mountain area and am hoping to do some shooting while there. Looking for an area with a minimum range of 500yds. any help would be appreciated.

You will have to go out west about a hour drive from SLC, past dell exit to the north

I would tell you just go west of Eagle mountain a lot of land past five mile area but is also posted no shooting but there is some spot that are not. if you take a drive out there take the left turn at five mile towards Vernon watch for signs.

already been and gone, but if you have a place in mind i could check it out the next time i head up that way. my wife has family up there so we go fairly often.

I've got a few spots up Hobble Creek Canyon, Springville/Mapleton area, where I shoot LR. One spot out to 950 and the other spot starts at 1085 and goes out to 1784.
