Vihtavuori N140 help

Looking to try Vihtavuori N140. Does anyone know a place near Buffalo, NY know that carries it? I perfer to buy it locally, I tried the B.G.C., but they don't carry N140. I only want to buy 1 pound to try or I wouldn't mind spending $27 in hazmat fees to buy 8 lbs but can't justify doubling the price of only 1 lb.
