Used Scopes

Hey, I was wondering if scope manufacturers like Leupold have their warranties still work if you buy a used scope of theirs from someone. I only ask because it seems quite a bit cheaper if you could pick up a used scope on ebay and then if something goes wrong even tho ur not the original purchaser you could send it back to get it fixed. Thanks

Leupold scopes are covered under warranty no matter the owner, even if you are the second, third or fourth owner.

I have picked up used scopes and sent them back to Leupold for a check up and overhaul before even mounting them on a rifle. They go through the normal tune up procedure and return the scope, no charge. Hard to beat Leupold service.
