All of them, but so were all of the U.S. players, and all but 1 of the Swedish team.

my three grandsons played hockey in a town that almost never gets a snow flake (Dallas TX). One had to quit due to his constant issues with breaking bones off the ice. He never got hurt on the ice. It's a rough sport for sure, and you'd best be in great shape to skate. I hate watching hockey on TV, and you probably do as well. Still goto a game a couples times, and you'll be hooked.

"Third world country" eh - na when to going gets tough, the tough get going. It's for us who have 10 months of winter and 2 months of bad sledding.
