Twist question for SBD2 vs Bergers

I'm getting parts together for a 7mm build. Looking at 7saum, 7 max or mega on a long action. I've always liked having options and not locking myself into 1 bullet. I spoke to Bartlien and they recommended a 7.25t as the fasted for a 180 Berger. i really want to shoot the SBD2, but the 160s need a 7t. Not sure if I should leave it and have the Berger option or go 7t and shoot the 160s. If I do, the only other option looks to be the other heavy monos. Anyone running other option on their fast twist barrels? Would a Berger really have problems?
I always appreciate the insight and experience from this forum.

I see no issue with the 7 twist of your not planing on shooting light for caliber cup and cores. I do not see the 180 Berger's having issues. I run 180 Berger's, 190 matrix and 172 hammers out of my 8 twist.
