We have had a better than average snow fall here ( W. Montana ) this year. Also a fair amount of below zero temp's. Saw today, a flock of at least 100 turkeys come buy the house. They appear to be in great shape. It just amazes me how tough these birds are.

WOW great pictures. Turkeys are very resilient and hardy birds. Glad to see you have a good population in your area. KEEP SHOOTING THOESE YOTES!!!

A few years ago we got almost 3' of snow in a short time. There was a flock of about 30 turkeys roosted in some pines behind a friend's house and they stayed up on the roost for 5 days until it started melting.
Tough indeed !
