Fished the Outer Banks November 6th (Oregon inlet) with my dad, brother and three friends. Drove 17 hrs each way to fish for one day. Weather was beautiful waves were bigger than most would prefer. Didn't catch a fish until 11:30 but then it was on. We went 17 for 18 on Yellowfin tuna and a couple sharks. Had a blast and will do it again.

GREAT EATING!!!!!!!!!!!!

First thing I did was eat it raw with a little hot sauce. Lol
RAW-Soy Sause and Wasabi!
I lived in Hawaii and caught many a Yellow Fin. We would dress them up and share between each other. While doing that we always had some Soy Sause and Wasabi. Most all the fish I ate was raw in HI, but did cook some Tuna, and Bill fish steaks on the grill.
Man I miss living there and all the great food.
