I am in search of RL22 I can't seem to find any online or local. I have 8 LBS of Unopened IMR 4350 and 8 LBS of Unopened RL33 I can trade for as well. Never done this before. I have an FFL dealer local I can use to aid this process. Any leads would be appreciated.

FFL wont do you any good for shipping, unless they have their hazardous shipping qualifications. Local face to face will be your best bet.
