I've been curious about a few scopes so I tried a few out this year. For hunting and field use I'm gonna go with the Leupold MarkHD which means I'm selling a few and replacing them with Mark5s. This is a great scope. I had it on rifle for a couple months, did a couple range sessions on my 6.5x47, pretty impressive. This scope shows no signs of being mounted, no wear marks, glass is perfect, no rings marks, I'll call it 95% just because it is used. These are made in Japan, turrets are crisp, scope has some weight, feels very solid. Its a nice piece.

I bought this new in July. It comes with the box, sunshade, caps that came with, lens wipes and the Zero stop piece. I do not have the manual, I can'tfind it. I paid close to 1300.00 new.

I'm asking 1000.00 shipped and insured. Now 950.00, final price drop 900.00, I don't mind keeping this it doesn't find a new home, it's a quality scope.

I've got a sale I'm waiting to close and will be in the market for some new glass... if you still have it then, I'll PM you 👍

How do you u think the glass is on this tract vs the mark5?

I'm not really qualified to compare the two. I haven't spent a lot of time with the Mark5, for the few months I had the Tract I was impressed with it. I have NF, Steiner M5, March, Meopta Optika among others. The tract tracked spot on, glass was bright and clear, crisp edge to edge. It does a good job. I can answer that better when I own a Mark 5 for enough time to really get a feel for it. I have handled the Mark5 enough to know I like the weight, the tube size, the turret design, I think it's a good fit for a hunting rifle. If I was just punching paper with that rifleI'd probably keep the Tract.

I don't have any Torics, but I do have some of their Tekoes. Nice scopes and I have no complaint. They have some nice features. I'm not going to go into them. The Tekoes my have been discontinued.
