Timney adjustment in mark v

Hey guys I'm new to the site and long range end of shooting. I just droppen in a timney into my mark v accumark and it's not quite light enough for me can anyone enlighten me on how to adjust this trigger I no it's probably simple just don't want to screw it up thanks.
