Tikka 6.5wsm rechamber questions

I have a tikka t3 i am thinking about rechambering from a 270win to a 6.5wsm, can this be done what all is neded?

You can "re-barrel" it to the 6.5. . .not re-chamber. And all that is needed is time, money and a good smith. 6.5 WSM is a screamer, good luck.

A 6.5 Sherman would get most of the performance of the wsm. Alternatively, reaming you rifle to 270 Sherman would also be an option. My 270WSM only burns 3-4g more powder than my 270 Sherman. The Sherman is based on the 270WIN and has 10% more powder capacity.

Changing a rifle from a standard caliber to a WSM May cause feeding issues.
