Ian, thanks for the link. Definitely hope I'm never that tough on a rifle stock. I emailed Manners a few days ago, Tom Manners replied the next day. He indicated to me that they have 700 short actions on hand and lead time on a LA was 4 weeks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif (sure beats 6 months). I'll report back when I have it in my hands.
