I posted this on the Tac15 forum, but thought it might get more traffic here.
I cracked a limb on my Tac15i crossbow on Saturday after three years of hard hunting and around 80 deer taken. PSE said they would fix it (KUDOs to them!!!) , but it will take quite a while - there are no limbs currently in stock, but they are in production. It might be a month or more.
I do deer management with the Tac, and really can't be without one for that long, so I presented this problem to Andy and Chris at Long Range Hunting.
They paper-tuned and shipped a Tac Ordnance, and got it into my hands in ONE DAY.
I called them Monday afternoon and it arrived here in Maryland Tuesday afternoon.
You just don't get that kind of customer service very often anymore, and I wanted to take the time to give them a big shout out and a hearty THANK YOU!
