Long time lurker, new poster.

Just picked up a set of swarovski slc neu's.
Its my understanding that to find the build date you take the first two digits of the serial # and add 30.

Doing so gives me the number of 108.

Does that mean the build date is 2010 or 2008?

Could not get it to work for either my EL Range or my Z5, but I'm not too computer savvy. I 'm sure I messed up somewhere.

For the heck of it I tried it myself. All I own are scopes. Didn't work for me either. I would just email them.
