Long time lurker, new poster. :)

Just picked up a set of swarovski slc neu's.
Its my understanding that to find the build date you take the first two digits of the serial # and add 30.

Doing so gives me the number of 108.

Does that mean the build date is 2010 or 2008?

Thanks much
Brad

Log on to the Internet, and direct your web browser to the Swarovski website, SwarovskiOptik.us.

Enter the model information and serial numbers into the search bar at the top of the homepage. Wait for technical information to appear on the next screen. This information typically contains the year of manufacture.

For the heck of it I tried it myself. All I own are scopes. Didn't work for me either. I would just email them.
