I just hope we don't lose AAC. Having Remington and Marlin back as reasonable companies would be very nice. After looking at new 870s and dealing with current Remington customer service I have little sympathy.
I'm not a fan but filing for bankruptcy does not mean they get a clean slate. Chapter 11 involves repayment of debt and/after restructure.
You are of the opinion they would get that money sooner if the company closed the doors tomorrow?
Hi,
NOPE...I am at the opinion of them continuing under the bankruptcy protection will just allow them to do it again to other vendors and subcontractors.
If the company cannot pay its rightful bills then it should close, not be protected and allowed to do it again. It should not be allowed to continue just because of the amount of people it employs.
Sincerely,
THEIS
I don't want to see them go tits up , I want them to pull their heads out of each other's a-holes and realize that a wood stocked 30-06 that shoots 3 MOA isn't enough to carry the company.
