Stripped t nut in stock

Last year I had my gunsmith put a pic rail on the friend of a Manners stock. I decided I wanted to change it out for something else. I started to unscrew it and the t but inside the stock is just spinning in circles now.
Short of cutting the bolt, is there any other way to get it out?
Also once I get it out and put the new rail on, how do I secure the t-nut it the stock again? Epoxy?
Any help that you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated!

epoxy it from the t-nut side. if necessary after, you get it out, ream out and re-epoxy for continuing security.

Take the stock off and you should be able to hold it from the top with needle nose pliers to take it off. I always epoxy mine in but the gunsmith must not have. Put a new one in with epoxy and let it sit overnight and you should be good.
