I think the Manners EH-1 will work. I know they make some that are wider. Like the MCS-T. But heavier. McMillian also makes one, I think it's called the BDL style. Stocky's doesn't list it but it's on the McMillian web site. A email or phone call may be needed to see if the Manners EH-2 or -4 will work.
Not sure if the Bell & Carlson will work for the #5.
I'm in the same boat, have a #5 coming for a short action.
Don't know a lot about Manners..how pricey are they? I have a Mcmillian fund but its not for this rifle and I don't want to blow it on it..and what are Manners made of?
