Im looking to put a new stock on my rem 700 rum. I was looking at either a boyds pro varmint , or a bell and carlson m40, or the medalist varmint. This will be a hunting rifle and steel gonger. The rifle will be seeing a criterion light varmint barrel 28". I like the medalist varmint but I have never tried the pro varmint or the m40. Whats does everyone thing will be a better all around stock.
