By a strange twist of fate I have what you are looking for sitting in my half finished projects bin although it may have more features than what you're looking for. It's a Bell and Carlson fully adjustable rem 700 opened up for the bigger diameter of the TAC338 receiver: https://www.bellandcarlson.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=1053
It's bedded, has a straight wide barrel channel and an Anschutz rail, and I believe it was cut for a PTG M5 bottom metal but don't quote me on that.
