Selling 5# of new Winchester StaBALL HD powder. One can is opened and roughly 500 grains were used in a pressure test. It was determined that this powder was not a good fit for the cartridge, which is why I'm selling. All bought together, all same lot number. Will only sell together for $35/lb plus hazmat/shipping which should run around $35 to the lower 48. I paid $44/lb from Hodgdon.
