Does anyone have experience with these Grade C Blems?

Same experience here as well
I called ShootersProShop about these and the fella informed me that "Grade C" means that some of the tips might be loose and some may fall out but bullets are 100%, these were culled from a run for an ammo mfgr, the coating is indeed Lubalox as found on the Ballistic Silvertip bullets
