I have a B&C M-40 stock in tan w/ black spiderweb. I had a custom 700 mounted in it and my gunsmith vented it on sides and bottom as shown in pic's. He milled out the bbl channel to allow good circulation of air and further keep it cool. He does this on his own stocks and he shoots F-class routinely. It was bedded with JB weld for a Rem 700 I paid $240 for the stock plus the cost of milling and bedding but I wish I had built a lighter rifle and want to change my set-up a bit with a lighter stock. I would take $220 for it TYD.
