The closest I am aware of is Thunder Valley Precision (Tom Sarver) in Kimbolton, Ohio 43749. They have occasional matches at one mile.

I believe there is an army base at Grayling, MI. 1000 yards range. They do shoot 1000 yards competitions there.

I am tagging this in case someone comes up with a good one. I'm not positive but I don't think Grayling is very accessible. The only place I am aware of is way north in MI:
