Can anyone please give me some information about non resident hunting opportunities in this state for antelope, deer or elk there website sucks.
I think elk is only open to residents but I can't find any draw results that are easy to navigate.

They really screwed up the website last year. The state has east river and west river deer and antelope seasons. Split by the Missouri River. Non residents can only get deer and antelope tags for west river. I don't think the black hills is open for non resident hunting either but not 100% sure. Elk is resident only.
If you can find it they have a public hunting atlas on the website that shows all the public land by county. Each unit is by county.

Black Hills Deer is open for both resident and non-resident.

To confirm your comment, yes, elk is only available for residents. I grew up in the Black Hills, but have been away for a lot of years. The elk application. https://gfp.sd.gov/userdocs/docs/2022elk-app.pdf
has maps of the areas down around page 6

This page https://gfp.sd.gov/elk/ has a couple links way down towards the bottom for Draw Statistics, Elk Harvest Information and Elk Hunting Units

If you poke around enough on the web, you might be able to find enough hints for what you're after. Like the above application pdf, it details some if not all the criteria for applying.

Here's Draw Statistics. https://apps.sd.gov/gf79license/DrawResultStat.aspx
