I'm selling my hand-built Remington 700 .308. I built this rifle myself. I have built numerous rifles over the years and they have all been extremely accurate. All cuts are done single point while indicated to within 0.0001" at two points on a precision ground rod. Round count is approximately 100. Here are the specs:

- A side bolt stop was added
- The bolt is a PTG one-piece fluted bolt with an M16 extractor, hand-fitted to the receiver
- The bolt handle has a Badger tactical bolt knob
- The barrel is a 16.5" Bartlein Sendero contour with a 1:10 twist
- Fitted with a Surefire MB762-211C muzzle brake
- It is in an MDT LSS chassis with a Magpul MOE+ grip and CTR stick with cheek riser.
- The chassis also comes with the night vision mounting block.
- Adjustable Timney trigger
- LaRue 20 MOA rail
- Seekins rings
- The chassis and rings are Cerakoted in FDE
- The barrel and receiver are Cerakoted black
- Vortex PST 2.5-10x32 FFP with illuminated MOA reticle
