Thighs and Drummies.

Supersmoke setting - 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 225 until internal temp of 175.

Going to bathe them in a Peach Crown Royal, peach jelly, and vinegar BBQ sauce. Then 30 more minutes to set the sauce.

Half small jar of peach jelly, 2-3 ounces crown peach, 1/3 bottle killer hogs vinegar sauce.

Injection was 1 cup apple juice, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, and two table spoons bbq rub.

Outer layer was Killer Hogs AP rub followed by Killer Hogs BBQ rub.

That STALL really adds time unless you wrap it in my experience anyway. However, this is going to be good and good. Enjoy!
